This product is top-notch and offers a fantastic weight-to-price balance. The downside? It took over a month to get here, and the shipping was handled by Seur. I ended up having to pick it up myself from a location, even after shelling out €17 for shipping fees! Still, I'm pleased with my buy due to its quality, which is why I'm giving it a full five stars.

A few months back, I ordered a handlebar. Unfortunately, the package showed up damaged, leaving the handlebar all scratched up. I reached out to the customer service team to check if this would affect the product's quality. They assured me it wouldn’t impact the item, and even offered a $10 refund for the trouble. However, that refund never showed up, and they’ve stopped replying to my messages. I won’t criticize the product itself since it likely meets the standards, but based on my experience, the delivery and customer support could definitely use some improvement.

Caution Advised. I purchased a set of carbon wheels for my TT/Tri bike. At first glance, they seemed like a decent deal, boasting an external rim width of either 23mm or 25mm. I opted for the 23mm wheels due to my bike's limited brake clearance, which is a common issue with TT and Tri setups. To start off, they sent me the incorrect wheels. When I reached out via email, their response was that 23mm and 25mm tires fit all their wheels! They totally missed the point. After some back and forth, they finally got it and agreed to send me the correct wheels, but then they asked me to resell the wrong ones and said they would charge me for it! I turned down that offer, and after some negotiation, they finally agreed to refund me since they didn’t actually have the 23mm wheels and were planning to manufacture them, but they couldn’t give me a timeline. They expect me to return the wheels at my own cost and made it clear they won’t take responsibility for any loss or damage. In the end, I risk losing my cash and being out of pocket. I figured it was best to cut my losses, keep the wheels, and try to sell them myself. It’s a shame because they’re not bad wheels for the price. So just a heads up, if you run into issues, their after-sales service and customer support leave a lot to be desired.

I recently got a sturdy frame that’s of high quality, and it showed up a few days ahead of schedule, which was awesome. Overall, I'm quite happy with what I bought.

Having used it for roughly six months, I gotta say it performs excellently on various terrains and in different conditions. This frame is super stiff, so you don’t lose any power while pedaling, plus it comes at a great price.

This frame is a real winner. It's both light and sturdy. Best suspension I've ever purchased. It won't slow you down. The only issue I encountered was the lack of thru screws and axle with the frame. Regardless, I'm still a big fan of it.

Last month, I picked up a full suspension MTB frame from this website. It's truly impressive with its top-notch quality. The geometry design is spot on. Definitely worth the cash, no doubt about it. I’ll be telling my friends to check it out for sure.
